Data🧐...? Hackers won't do my personal data there are no confidentials like rich people

Hi everyone to introduce myself i am Saichand undergraduated in cse

U guys might be thinking what does the title mean.....?

Yes ,tats the topic for our blog many of you may think i am going to tell about how my data is secure from hackers .

Actually, i was trying to say what is the mentality of many people in society.

Many of us think that we are not a billionaire nor defence relative person as Bill gates, Ambani , politician's etc.

But, real fact we all need to known that the Data needed to hackers is not relation with billionaires they only need data the can be used to hide their identity

and steal confidential data from high end details from corporation.

So,let us see in aspect hacker what are the ways they will try to steal data without income info of person they are contacting

Which is commonly known as Mobile and Online Frauds.

Ways of Online Frauds :

• Phinshing

• Bank Frauds

• Lottery

Many people know the above frauds but there are much more frauds in different ways .

To identify those different frauds we should know what data do fraudsters and hackers need from common uneducated or educated person .

Those all need our basic details like

• Aadhar card

• Pan number

• Name

• Debit/credit card number and pin

• Qualification

• Driving licence

• Phone number

• Email id

• Age

• Bank account

• Bank related confidential details like password etc

• Social media account login details

• Our Likes ex: food ,places to go etc

• Mobile imei number

• Ip address

• Job status

The above all are just few of those that the fraudsters or hackers need.

There are many scenarios where we think it is not fraud.

Example 1:

For instance, let us consider a person named hulk is searching for job and applied some part time data entry job in some naukri sites and he gets selected for data entry work and hulk will do his work for his earning.

when the time comes to payment of salary the organisation consultant will say the amount got struk from foriegn client to clear your salary we have to make a PayPal premium or any other accounts ask hulk to some amount to create the account for payment from client and hulk pays it .

After few days he will get call/message saying your salary blocked still and request hulk to send again some more amount in thousands for clearance and assure that the amount requested by agent from will added to existing salary and sent in back in hulk payment from client and many common people think hulk wil get his salary after the agent recieves payment from hulk the agent will give a day and time of payment from client.

When the dedicated date and time comes the agent will call saying there is issue in server so payment will be delayed and makes hulk to pay again some extra amount in tens of thousands or much more saying there is much more large salary project and make hulk pay the amount to the agent as requested.

Many common people think hulk will get his salary after the agent recieves payment from hulk the agent will give a day and time of payment from client.

We all may think in above scenario its normal scene but in reality its a trick to make fraud making job as medium.

Example 2: There are scenarios where people recieve call saying you have been selected in a job interview and request you to join in 1-2 days in other country by making you temping to join job they request to send a amount for flight ticket as we have blocked ticket from our organization .

By believing those words people send money and wait for ticket but they won't call or lift your call again .

Conclusion :

The common way to overcome frauds is simple never ever give your details on phone that you not requested

Always crosscheck details with their institute or organisation details always take time to tell your answer .

For instance if a person calls saying you are selected in job then call that company helpline or tollfree and get your job selection status.

No company confirms selection without email and dont keep a short deadline to join and dont request money to be confirmed .

While visiting online websites never ever believe in forwarded link as those links are highly vulnerable/related to be phishing link .

Always cross-check the website url spelling to spelling .

And when we install the any apps otherthan google playstore do follow to off the unknown sources/ install from external resources option in your mobile settings to avoid steal data unknowingly like said above and inject virus, trojan.

Solution:

Finally the only way to not getting into frauds/ online scams is think wisely never expect anything that you have not tried

Anything won by free / unapplied are always scams of loot money from you .

No organization asked your personal information via any means .

Think with common sense did i applied why are the asking money,are the real.

Important of all always check about them with helpline of those organisations/banks /institutes.
