The intelligence shown by the machines in par with the natural intelligence of humans is called artificial intelligence. With this Artificial Intelligence technology we can make computers smart and to make them think like humans in real time scenarios. John McCarthy coined the term "Artificial Intelligence" in 1955 and organized the Dartmouth conference in 1956.

AI is now introduced to our day to day lives, we use Alexa, Google home even which are quite intuitive to the instruction and provides almost accurate results. AI is also introduced in Military Actions and Weapons Technology.AI is an emerging field, today it is known as weak AI. But the future of artificial intelligence is about building strong AI.

AI is playing a very important role in Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals.Latest Google’s Deep mind has beaten doctors in breast cancer detection trial, in pharmaceuticals different combinations and outcomes can be performed in so much less time with more accuracy than ever.

Major Areas where AI is used in Future:

Artificial Intelligence has various applications in today's society. It is becoming essential for today's time because it can solve complex problems with an efficient way in multiple industries, such as Healthcare, entertainment, finance, education, etc. AI is making our daily life more comfortable and fast.

Following are the some sectors where Artificial Intelligence is rapidly used in the future.

The transportation can use AI in mission critical tasks such as self driving vehicles. Within a decade or more autonomous cars will one day ferry us from place to place. Whether it’s being used to discover links between genetic codes, to power surgical robots or even to maximize hospital efficiency, AI has been a boon to the healthcare industry. Artificial intelligence simplifies the lives of patients, doctors and hospital administrators by performing tasks that are typically done by humans, but in less time and at a fraction of the cost. 


Agriculture:



Agriculture or farming is one of the most primitive and significant professions worldwide. The AI-powered technologies can assist the agriculture sector to yield healthier crops, control pests, monitor soil, and growing conditions, organize data for farmers, aid with the workload, and advance a large range of agriculture-related tasks in the entire food supply chain.Companies are developing and programming autonomous robots to handle essential agricultural tasks such as harvesting crops at a higher volume and faster pace than human laborers.

As cyber attacks grow in volume and complexity, artificial intelligence (AI) is helping under-resourced security operations analysts stay ahead of threats.AI provides instant insights to help you fight through the noise of thousands of daily alerts, drastically reducing response times.Cyber security companies are teaching AI systems to detect viruses and malware by using complex algorithms so AI can then run pattern recognition in software. Artificial Intelligence is able to analyze massive amounts of data and allow the development of existing systems and software in an appropriate way to reduce cyber attacks.


Robotics:



Robotics is a field that deals with the creation and designing of these mechanical humans. Nowadays, robots are becoming ‘smarter’ and more efficient with the help of computer science. Artificial Intelligence has played a very major role not only in increasing the comforts of humans but also by increasing industrial productivity which includes the quantitative as well as qualitative production and cost-efficiency.AI gives robots a computer vision to navigate, sense and calculate their reaction accordingly.
